Construction of individual exhibition booth - Extra loading capacity
An individual booth is to satisfy a special requirement, i.e. the elements are not made of standard system but manufactured on a particular basis. Sometimes customers use an individually constructed booth only once, but there are elements to be used several times.
Particular system can be more expensive than that of standard system. Anyway, you have to have an individual booth, if special shape, or outlook is required, or when high loading capacity of the exhibition walls needed.
Standard system cannot satisfy these requirements.
The more you use your individual exhibition booth, the less your exhibition costs will be at each occasion. It is worth to have this kind of exhibition booth, if you participate on several exhibitions, shows, professional conferences, etc. As an average, you can save up to some 80 percent, comparing to similar standard systems.
Price of an individual booth is approximately double that of a standard system. We set an example herewith - when you an individual booth should need.
If you have to fix any heavy machine, or equipment on the wall, you certainly need a much stronger structure than that of a standard system. If you exhibit once, or twice a year, structure can be made of a less expensive material, that cannot be re-used after tearing down.

Our customers are mostly contacting us with their ready-made idea for an individual booth, both to the size and character of the booth (row, corner, head, or island booth). Based on our many years of experience and knowledge, we are able to advise the most appropriate size and shape to all our customers, who do not really know what they really need. If we know the size and quantity of the exhibition goods, we can make the best possible offer. We also decide and advise if a storage is necessary and what size.
After having all necessary information we make one or two plans for the booth outlook. We present the scene and negotiate varieties with the customer, also we prepare the final scene if required. We mutually choose the most appropriate material, taking into consideration that the individual booth shall be used just for one occasion, or more.
For those, to be used only one time, we can offer less expensive and strong material, satisfying all requirements. Price quotation is made after collecting all necessary information.
Just after signing the contract with the customer, we start to manufacture the structure, that we bring up at the exhibition site. You will be provided a turn-key booth - cleaned up and with covered carpet. After the closing of the show, structure will be teared down.

Multi-use individual booth - the price effective solution
An individual booth has to be manufactured on an individual way, i.e. it cannot be made by standard elements. Some of the individual booth are made only for one exhibition but also there are booths to build up several times.
Individual booths cost more than those of a standard system. Anyway, you have to have an individual booth, if the shape of the booth you like cannot be made of standard elements, or if the walls have to be strong enough to fix heavy exhibits on.
A multi-use booth can be very effective in price, if the exhibitor is using the same system several times on exhibitions, shows, or conferences and preferably has his own staff for building up and tear down.
In this case, some 80 percent of expenses can be saved!
The price of a multi-use individual booth can be 5 to 10 times more, than that of a similar standard booth.
